Using VR & AR in Higher Education
13th July 2020, Durham Centre for Academic Development, Durham University
In this first national meeting of those testing the use of Virtual and Augmented Reality in Higher Education we’re seeking to develop a national network of those working with these emerging technologies to share best practice and develop potential collaborations around the use of these technologies in learning and teaching.
In addition, we’re delighted to welcome Stephan Caspar, Assistant Professor from Carnegie Mellon University in the US. Stephan leads the newly opened Askwith Kenner Global Languages and Cultures Room which supports language learning and cultural competence through the use of immersive technologies.
If you’re interested in sharing your experiences via a 20 minute talk please email Sam Nolan on [email protected] by 5pm on 29th June.
